Highly recommend Emma and her crew. Both Archie & Mylo always love staying here. When we arrive there both dogs don't even notice we are dropping them off. Always excited to run in the fields Highly recommend and you should book early so your pup's won't be disappointed. Daily photos on social media are a bonus

Milli @ Sammi have spent many happy times in Doonane in the care of Emma and the team. Milli & Sammi are mature ladies and they generally don’t respond well to being away from home but they love Doonane. It’s such a comfort to know they are happy and well looked after. I love looking at the daily photos and videos showing them either lolling around or out for their lovely walks. Doonane is a very special place.

We have been sending our dog, Arlo to day care in Doonane for a few months. He is always so excited when he arrives. So great to know he is being well looked after. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Doggy heaven. Charlie has been going up there since he was six months old, he's now 12. He barks to get into the kennels when we turn the corner when he realises where he's going.

My two dogs love staying at Doonane. I never have to worry about them when I am away as I know they are looked after. They get so excited every time they arrive. I wouldn’t send them anywhere else!

Website says it's open for new dogs. I emailed a month ago enquiring if our rescue could be assessed for suitability. I received a same day reply asking for more detail on my dog. I sent a lengthy response explaining all the details of our situation and hoped they would understand the struggles my dog has been through trying to find the right kennels. He really is such a wonderful dog. He's just had terrible experiences in kennels in the past and needs to find one that suits him where he will be safe. It took me about 15 mins to draft what I thought was a considered and detailed response but they never replied. It really doesn't reflect well on this business. Most dogs are worthy of consideration, or at the very least an email back explaining why they aren't.

Have been a customer for a few years now, they really take care of the dog, never any issue and plenty of photos supplied on Facebook (if you consent) to show me how our hound is getting on!

Doonane is absolutely a wonderful place for Dogs! Our dog Riley has been going here for year's, everytime we arrive he can not get through that gate quick enough!! From daycare, long stays and grooming, everytime it is perfect! The care and attention they give all the dogs is amazing. We would be lost without you! An absolutely amazing boarding venue for doggies, the staff in Doonane are second to none, they provide a fun, safe and enjoyable stay for our dogs. Total piece of mind while we’re away and it really speaks (barks) volumes when the dogs can’t wait to get in and start their stay!! Highly recommend

Their genuine love for animals shines through, and it's evident that Koko is treated like a cherished member of their own family. We no longer have to worry when we're away, as Doonane thoughtfully shares daily photos and videos of Koko, allowing us to experience our holiday with peace of mind, knowing she is also having the time of her life.

What can you say .. my lads are going to doonane since they were 9 months old and they are now nearly 9.. they love holiday time with the great girls and guys in doonane.. I would be so lost without them . They spend so much time making sure ever woof is happy during their stay .. love you guys ❤️

My dog Mocha has been going to Doonane on her hols since we got her about 4.5 years ago. As a rescue she can be very nervous and wary of people but everyone at Doonane are extremely good with her and she runs in as soon as she arrives and doesn’t look back. I’ve no doubt she has the best time there and we always get brilliant photos showing what a great time she’s having, playing with all of the other dogs and getting lots of cuddles. If we lived closed she’d definitely be going to daycare there. Highly recommend!
